The Culinary Tour of France departs Provence and arrives in Alsace on October 1st at 7:00 pm. Chef Erik and I have developed a fantastic menu featuring the some of the treasures of Alsacian cuisine.
The Taste of Alsace menu for the evening beings with your choice of Tarte Flambée, a thinly rolled dough topped with fromage blanc, sliced onions & smoked bacon, or Tarte à l’Oignon, a tender pastry shell with a custard filling of caramelized onions and a hint of thyme, both hors d’oeuvres selections are paired with Grand Cru Kirchberg by Domain Willm. Domain Willm, located in Eguisheim, has produced some of the regions most iconic wines for more than a century. We are fortunate to be able to import and feature their wines in our program.
